Sometimes people ask how much paperwork goes into adopting. Well, here is an example of how much. This is one completed home study book to show to a potential adoption lawyer tomorrow. I will have a separate one for when we meet on Tuesday with a group we may adopt with. (The binder is an one and half inch.) I may be over prepared. Better that than under prepared. 😁

Crazy, right? This is just paperwork that proves we are cleared to adopt. This doesn’t count all of the other paper work that will happen after we are placed with a child. (TBA) At least, something good will happen at the end of it.

I would scan all of it, but I don’t have the patience.
